Bennett Jones is pleased to welcome Eden Oliver to the partnership. Eden joins the firm's Corporate Department in Toronto.

Recognized as a leading Canadian mining lawyer, Eden has a fully integrated international and domestic corporate commercial practice with particular expertise in the mining and energy sectors and related regulatory issues in these industries. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to advisory and transactional work, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, financing and restructuring.

Eden received her BA from the University of Toronto and her LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School. She is a past Chair of the Natural Resources & Energy Section of the Ontario Bar Association, and is the incoming Chair of the Board of Governors of Havergal College.
