Bennett Jones LLP, one of Canada's leading business law firms, is delighted to announce that Robert Irani has been admitted into partnership.

Robert will assume his partnership in our Calgary office. Robert practices in the area of intellectual property law with a particular emphasis on patent law. Prior to joining the firm, Robert practiced intellectual property law in the United States.

Robert earned his B.Sc. from the University of Guelph in 1994, and his M.B.A. from the University of Ottawa in 1996. In 2000, Robert obtained his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, and his LL.B. from the University of Windsor. Robert was called to the Texas Bar in 2000, the Alberta Bar in 2003, and the District of Columbia Bar in 2004.

Robert is also a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
